Senior Dimensions (HMO/HMO-POS) maintains a Preferred Drug List (sometimes known as a formulary), so when your Health Plan of Nevada contracted provider makes a selection from this list, your out-of-pocket cost is lower. For a higher copayment and with approval, Senior Dimensions also provides coverage for medications not included on our Preferred Drug List. The Preferred Drug List is reviewed periodically and is subject to change throughout the year. Senior Dimensions has contracts with pharmacies that equal or exceed the CMS requirements for pharmacy access in your area, and has more than 60,000 contracted pharmacies in the network.

Senior Dimensions offers prescription drug savings. As a member of our Medicare prescription drug plans, you have our Savings Promise that you'll get the lowest price available. That low price may be your plan copay, the pharmacy's retail price or our contracted price with the pharmacy.
