Prescriptions

Senior Dimensions (HMO/HMOPOS) maintains a Preferred Drug List (sometimes known as a formulary), so when your Health Plan of Nevada contracted provider makes a selection from this list, your out-of-pocket cost is lower. For a higher copayment, Senior Dimensions also provides coverage for medications not included on our Preferred Drug List. The Preferred Drug List is reviewed periodically and is subject to change throughout the year. Senior Dimensions has contracts with pharmacies that equal or exceed the CMS requirements for pharmacy access in your area, and has more than 45,000 contracted pharmacies in the network.
