What is the Fit for Life Club?
The Fit for Life Club is a fitness benefit available to Senior Dimensions
(HMO-POS) members in Southern Nevada. It includes:
- Unlimited access to participating indoor and outdoor pools
- Use of fitness rooms
- Some senior/low impact activity or water exercise classes
Senior Dimensions' Greater Nevada members have access to our SilverSneakers®

Ready to Join?
If you are a Senior Dimensions member, you are automatically enrolled in the
Fit for Life Club. We encourage members to enjoy this benefit made possible by
partnerships in Southern Nevada.

Senior Dimensions' Greater Nevada members will be switching to our
SilverSneakers® program starting January 1, 2013. For more information, click on
the link to the left.
Once you and your doctor determine your fitness needs and limits, find the
nearest Fit for Life Club partner facility and find out what programs are
available, especially ones designed for seniors. Remember to start out slowly
and build up your fitness level.
