Drug List

Prescription medications can play a key role in getting healthy and staying healthy.

You have access to a wide range of prescription medications. Doctors can use the drug lists below to prescribe effective and affordable medications to you.

We maintain a formulary (also known as a drug list), so when your Health Plan of Nevada contracted provider makes a selection from this list, your out-of-pocket cost is lower. For a higher copayment and with approval, we also provide coverage for medications not included on our preferred drug list. The preferred drug list is reviewed periodically and is subject to change throughout the year. For information on the prescription drug coverage available to you, click on the links below.

We have contracts with pharmacies that equal or exceed the CMS requirements for pharmacy access in your area, and has more than 60,000 contracted pharmacies in the network. The Formulary, pharmacy network and/or provider network may change at any time. You will receive notice when necessary.

As a member of our Medicare Advantage prescription drug plans, you have our savings promise that you'll get the lowest price available. That low price may be your plan copay, the pharmacy's retail price or our contracted price with the pharmacy.

The preferred drug list is subject to change at the sole discretion of Senior Dimensions.
